Warranty terms

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card that is valid both in the date of original reservation and the beginning of a stay, unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation / Delay

The cancellation fee is not charged up until the 1st day before arrival. After this date, the fee for first night will be charged.

Special requirements

IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A VAT INVOICE FOR A COMPANY, immediately after making a reservation, send the company details with the tax identification to the following e-mail address: rezerwacja@vestil.pl. Lack of this information will make it impossible to issue a VAT invoice for the company.

Check-in and Check-out rules

The room is available from 3 PM on the date of arrival, and has to be vacated before 11 AM on the date of departure.

Rules pertaining to children

Room and breakfast is free for up to 2 children below 5 years of age that bunk with their parents. Children from ages of 6 to 15 will have free room, but only receive a discount of 15 PLN for breakfast.
