PROJECT TITLE: Investments in products, services, and employee and management competencies related to the diversification of Hotel Vestil's operations in Piotrków Trybunalski.

IMPLEMENTATION PERIOD: 01.08.2024 – 31.07.2025

MAIN GOAL: TARGET GROUPS: The support will cover Hotel Vestil and its employees. The project implementation will comply with the principles of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for people with disabilities, and the principle of gender equality. All individuals will have equal access to all forms of support.

SCOPE OF SUPPORT:

Investment Component

Includes the purchase of equipment and devices necessary for the implementation of new hotel services and the improvement of service standards.

Scope:

• Purchase of devices and equipment for hotel rooms and service spaces
• Investments enabling the expansion of the hotel’s offer
• Equipment supporting the diversification of activities (for conference services)

Advisory Component
Scope:

Consultancy in developing a business model regarding development strategy and new products/services

Training Component

Directed at hotel employees and management. Aims to develop professional, digital, and soft skills necessary for the effective implementation of the new offer and adaptation to changes.

Scope:

Training in sales and marketing management

Raising professional qualifications of staff through training on the use of purchased equipment

Ecological Component

Aims not only to reduce the environmental impact of hotel operations but also to increase the company's competitiveness through the use of ecological solutions.

Scope:

• Solutions reducing water and energy consumption
